If you are looking for companies that provide cheap web hosting, it’s important to choose a company that will offer :
1. A responsive technical support department
2. A secure, virus-free environment

1. Technical Support: When you have a problem with one of your websites or blogs, timing can be critical and you don’t want your customers to see a blank page or an error message when they go to your website. You need to be sure that you will get a prompt response If there happens to be a problem (whether from some change that you made to the website) or (more rarely) – the blog hosting system itself. And if you are running adsense ads on your site, your site may be flagged by Google as a “problem site” if it’s down for a certain length of time, and you may need to get it re-approved.
So you need to have the assurance that you can contact the support team at any time, and get feedback on what is being done, and a status update in situations like this.

2. Secure Environment: I had a problem with virus infection from a new, small web hosting company a while back. They were offering a really cheap monthly rate and I had started to move some of my sites across to them. However I found out later to my cost that most (if not all) of the sites got infected with malware, and this took a lot of time and effort to fix. I changed back to my old established hosting company as soon as I could

When you first pictured starting a coaching program, you probably thought it would be easy and would quickly line your pocket with cash, but eventually you found out the reality – coaching is a business and needs to be treated like a business. It’s not a get-rich-quick scheme; it takes hard work to put together and keep together, and takes constant marketing attention.

Perhaps you have some clients you are coaching right now and you are seeing a steady stream of income. Keep in mind that eventually these clients will be finished and you will need new ones lined up and ready to go. You have to market your coaching business now, while you are busy with current customers, and not wait until they are done. If you wait, you will see a lapse in income as you try to gather new clients.

How do you get new clients?

•	Ask your current or previous customers for referrals. Word of mouth referrals is a great way to build your business. If you’d like, you can offer a monetary incentive to the client who has referred the new prospect to you. This is not a new concept, and works for both offline and online coaching.

•	Have a website or blog where you can showcase your expertise. People will go to your site to check you out and see what your coaching program is about (and what it costs!) Give tips that show you know what you’re talking about, but don’t give away everything for free or you won’t get clients.

Have a special giveaway offer in order to collect names and email addresses. These will be potential customers and you can stay in contact with them.

In addition, have a way for them to contact you as well, as they may have questions regarding your services.

•	Another way to land clients is to post helpful information and answer questions on appropriate forums. This is a great way to build relationships, be looked at as an expert, and gain trust. Be helpful and they will come to you. Directly and blatantly marketing your business on forums is frowned upon and can even get you banned. Be sure to follow the rules of the forum and see how others are posting and answering.

•	It’s also a wise idea to know other coaches in your field. Sometimes an associate will decide to cut back on her client load, or has an emergency where she can’t take on her next batch of clients. She may refer these people to you.

Your coaching business not only needs clients to succeed, it needs good material. By good material I mean- what the client wants. Always take note of how coaching sessions are going, and always ask for feedback. That way you can tailor your

As you may have discovered, in email marketing there is an art to writing emails for your list subscribers and blog posts for viewers who read your blog. Before you write each email or blog post, you first must decide what outcome, what result, you are looking to achieve.

Do you want people to buy a product you’re promoting?
Do you want to get comments and feedback?
Are you looking for Diggs and Stumbles and Tweets?
Maybe you’re trying to build up your image as the expert in your field?

In addition to writing for a desired outcome, you need to know who your audience is. While you might think you know, you can be sure if you post a poll to gauge the level your readers are at.

Are they beginners, intermediates, or fellow experts?
Which group buys the most from you?
Which group tends to comment the most?

Figure that out and you’ll know who you are writing to and for. Of course, you’ll have readers coming from many different directions, but you’ll understand the major group you want to target.

Once you know the above; who you’re writing for, you have to find your own voice. Instead of thinking about every single person who will read your email or blog post, put a picture of one person in your mind. That’s right; you’re going to write as if you are writing to one person. He can be fictitious, or another marketer you are friends with, or one of your customers who you’ve had some past conversations with. Just make sure he’s someone friendly.

As you think about this friendly person, write your email or post in a friendly manner and don’t forget to put your personality in it. Travis Sago, of Bum Marketing fame, fills his emails to overflowing with his personality, and his subscribers love him for it. He comes across as real, honest, trustworthy, and funny – and he gets results with his paticular brand of email marketing. But make sure you don’t try to be Travis or someone else; you have to be yourself or it won’t ring true.

Think about the emails you’ve gotten from other marketers and what you’ve like about them. The best ones are usually when the marketer puts some personal info in them. Don’t make it long and boring and too personal, just some little ditty that happened to you lately that maybe pokes fun at you. People like to know who they’re dealing with – it brings trust into the equation, and that can convert very well indeed. And not only that, it’s more fun for you.

So to repeat; decide what results you want before you write, know your audience, write to one friendly and interested face, add your personality, and include glimpses of your life, and you’ve got the makings of some awesome emails and blog posts!

It seems like there’s a new Giveaway being promoted online and showing up in your mailbox every few minutes. They all have names that make them sound like they are a brand new, marvelous event and that you will lose out big-time if you don’t get right over there and grab your free software and ebooks.

The truth is that they are not truly free. You have to give your email address away to every marketer whose product you download. That could jam your mailbox with emails promoting one thing or another several times a day, everyday. It is the price you pay for your new load of ebooks and software.

Since Giveaways seem to be a permanent and very popular online event, let’s check out how they work.

As a contributor to the event, you will get a new subscriber to your list for every person who downloads your products. Seasoned contributors often offer multiple products to the Giveaway, which multiplies their opportunities for list building. It also gets you multiple “accounts” from the same marketer, all sending you the same web marketing emails on a regular basis.

The site owner also gets the benefit of your initial signup when you first visit the Giveaway as you normally have to opt-in with your email address before you can even see the products being offered for free download.

There are several ways for you to make money as a Giveaway donor. Building your list, of course, could bring in steady income if your list likes the products you are offering them in your follow-up emails. Another way to make money is to promote the Giveaway to your lists, on forums and in your signature anywhere you use it.

Using an affiliate ID from the Giveaway, anyone who goes to the event from your affiliate ID and buys the OTO (One Time Offer) gets you a good commission. Most of these OTO packages are full of bonus downloads, sometimes as many as 50 free ebooks or software, which makes the OTO irresistible.

When you sign up as a contributor, you are given a special link to send to your subscribers. When anyone goes to the Giveaway from that link and opts-in, your offer moves up some on the pages. All contributors are trying to get as close to the first page as they can, which will increase their chances of getting downloads.

Another income stream can be created with your Giveaway product when you include links to other products and services you are selling on other websites or blogs. A viral effect can be started if you give all who download your product the right to freely distribute it to their lists, as long as they do not change it or delete your links.

It’s obvious that the more you promote the event, the more you will benefit. Some don’t let you add a product to the Giveaway until they get a certain amount of traffic from your affiliate link. Your ability to generate traffic and interest will not only let you list your product, but will build your credibility among your peers. Soon, you will be asked to join Giveaways.

This method of generating list members and stimulating a viral effect is very powerful. It looks like giveaways are here to stay, so you might want to consider becoming a frequent provider of Giveaway products.

With the wild popularity of social networking sites, the face of the personal side of the Internet has changed dramatically. People all over the world are connecting and forming virtual friendships that often prove to be closer and more personal than many friendships from neighborhood or business contacts.

Successful business partnerships have been created and prospered with partners in separate countries or continents working together without ever meeting face-to-face. Business has taken on a new life by leveling the playing field, so to speak, for home-based online marketers.

The volatile nature of our lives, with crimes and violence escalating at an unbelievable rate, has created a separation between people living next door to each other for years and definitely with strangers. When social networking sites burst on the Internet, they became wildly successful as multitudes of people everywhere flocked to them and started sharing parts of their lives with each other.

Many forums have started migrating closer to social networking forums and less what they originally focused on. Some use the social networking sites to stay in touch with friends and family, while others use them to network with business contacts.

While all this newfound friendship and business alliances is positive and rapidly becoming a social force to reckon with, it does have its dangerous, dark side that can sink many businesses and their owners. What is easy to forget is that your online credibility, both personally and professionally, can be affected by anything you post or publish online. Even foolish pranks have the ability to chase potential customers and joint ventures away from you.

Anything that gets published or posted on a social networking site is publicly available and almost impossible to remove later. Some Internet marketers create two separate accounts on the social sites, thinking that they can keep their business reputation separate from the social hijinks often found on the strictly social sites. That just makes both of your personalities available for public scrutiny.

You might be thinking, “So what?” Think about this. Human resource specialists commonly check out people applying for jobs by searching for their name on Google and social networking sites, like Twitter, FaceBook and others. When jobs are scarce and budgets tighter than usual, recruiters are looking for employees who would make the best fit in their business atmosphere from the first day.

Internet Marketers you might be considering approaching for a joint venture or to get them to promote you and your products will not even think about it if you’ve left a trail of vulgarity or bad errors in judgment behind you. Even if someone else is acting like a jerk, don’t respond. It takes two to keep an argument going. If you just have to respond, keep it polite and drop it.

To avoid career or business problems, keep anything you write online, or for publication online, strictly professional, including your screen names. Don’t post photos of you that could embarrass you professionally.

Blogs have become the Internet darlings for product promotion, growing lists and speaking your mind. They also can create a professional, public profile that will hurt you later. Keep your business blogs focused on specifically selected content that will promote your business. If you share links, make sure that the link does not lead to anything negative or pornographic. Check it out before trading links!

Never forget that you are essentially dealing with strangers online, even if you have corresponded on forums or with frequent emails. When you do link to another business or personal blog, check them out frequently to protect your reputation. Blogs change their focus all the time, often at the whim of the blogger.

Never forget that, once anything gets online about you or written by you, Google will eventually find it, and all of it will become a matter of public record that will still exist years later. Good advice is to never write anything you wouldn’t write to your grandmother. Rest assured that she will be checking up on what you are doing everyday. She probably has her own blog.
